Pricing Structure

We’ll quote three service tiers:

• Continuous/Maintenance Cleaning (weekly or bi-weekly)

• One-Time Standard Cleaning

• Deep Clean / First-Time / Major Resets

Prices indexed by size (per 1,000 sq ft increments) with a baseline at 1,000 sq ft and scaling upward.

Explanation & Notes

• Continuous Cleaning: assumes regular maintenance (weekly or bi-weekly). Because the home is kept up, less time is required.

• One-Time Standard Cleaning: no prior service contract, a full house clean but not the deepest level (e.g., regular surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen, floors).

• Deep Clean / Major Reset: for homes that haven’t been maintained, need more detailed work (baseboards, behind furniture, deep kitchen/oven, etc.).

• Scaling: As size increases, the time, labor and logistics scale — but not strictly linear because efficiencies and crew size come into play.

• Local market context: In Rapid City, one-time home cleanings average ~$149-$187 for smaller homes. Also hourly rates often start around $19.78/hr.

• Condition & extras: If the home is in very poor condition, has many bathrooms/levels, pets, special surfaces, windows, etc., you should apply a 15% premium.

• Minimums: For very small homes (under ~1,000 sq ft) or very minimal service, you may set a minimum (e.g., $90 continuous, $140 one‐time) to cover travel, supplies and overhead.

• Contracts/Discounts: For clients committing to weekly/bi‐weekly, you may offer a discount relative to the one-time rate (as shown above).

• Travel / Access: If outside Rapid City proper or hard access, add travel surcharge of $15.00.
